Flower coaster crochet pattern coming soon!

Hi,

I hope this email finds you well. And that you had a nice Easter time, or you just rested in your own way, that you had some time for yourself to breathe. That you just had a good time. ๐Ÿฅฐ

Today I'm here to tell you something about my spring pattern โ€“ Flower Coaster, which will be available later this week. I made it for the first time, inspired by the flowers on a Mother's Day card that my neighbor was selling at the market. And I couldn't stop making them! ๐Ÿ˜

They give such a cute, fresh look and are unique in their own way. I have already crocheted a lot of them and I tried to use leftover cord as much as I could- this way each flower turned out different!  ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒธ ๐ŸŒป

In the pattern, I will guide you through the process of making a flower with a small center, a large center and a flower in three colors. I will also show you how to make a leaf if you decide to add it. I think you will come up with the best color schemes yourself! ๐Ÿ˜Š

If you want to get ready for it now, look for the cord in the right colors, etc. Look at the information below with answers to frequently asked questions.

- The pattern describes how to make flower coasters using 3mm braided cotton cord. It shows in detail how to aesthetically change the colors at different moments of the flower to obtain the desired look. Contains an additional chapter with a leaf that can be attached to a flower. Includes instructions for blocking the finished items.

- The PDF file has 15 pages, over 90 photos illustrating individual steps. Standard US or UK Terms used.

- Additional videos available (no cuts or speed-ups). In the pattern you will find annotations about specific parts of the videos relating to the steps.

-Size (for items made of 3mm cotton cord, using a 6,5mm crochet hook): The outer diameter of the finished flower will be between 12cm and 13cm (4.7in-5.1in)

The photo below shows different versions of the flower

The flower at the front has a large center and leaves, the flower visible at the back has a small center and no leaves

Here is what you need to make the flower you want:

I am often asked what cords I use and I recommend, so here is the reminder:

  • I most often use Bilibag factory cords - their warehouse is in the UK

  • I also often use Bobbiny cords - they have warehouses in many countries, examples:

    (Also, check their Etsy shops)

  • Sometimes these cords are also available on Amazon - click here to see my list (affiliate): click

  •  You can also search for what is available in your area, e.g. on Amazon, by entering "braided cotton cord" or "macrame braided cord", etc. If they are described as 3 mm thick, they should not differ significantly. You will find these cords more often in the macramรฉ materials category.

Psst! On the day of release, as my newsletter subscriber, you will receive an email with a promo code ๐Ÿ˜‰

If you want to ask me something, just reply to this email and I will be happy to answer. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Have a great day!
